Michael - Real Estate Agent

Michael and Jamey Magee  are a husband and wife team specializing in HUD  & FHA properties in the greater Ogden area.  Michael is a native of Mission Viejo, California and moved to the Ogden area as a teen when his mother accepted an engineering position at ATK Thiokol.  Jamey was born in Lake Tahoe, CA but grew up in South Ogden.

The Magee’s pride themselves in their extensive knowledge of all available assistance programs for their clients, with a deep understanding of specific programs available in each community and how their clients can benefit from their availability. They always do their homework in order to best represent their clients and customers.   With two young children, they are virtually inseparable, which provides their clients the benefit of two real estate professionals instead of just one!

Prior to entering real estate, they were young entrepreneurs, owning retail businesses. Their personal venture into real estate started in 2004 when they started buying and selling single family “fixer uppers” in South Ogden.  They are both very patient, enjoying the teaching and coaching aspect of working with first time home buyers to help them achieve their dreams. The Magee’s are “summer babies” and love water sports on all the local reservoirs – Pineview, Willard Bay or East Canyon.  They also enjoy camping and fishing.
