Art - Real Estate Agentart-web

Art Hopson has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.  He got his start at the Gene Autry Hotel in Palm Springs back in the late 80’s when he took a night job at the front desk to help out with his college education. He moved up the ladder from there.  He went on to work for the Hyatt Grand Champions in Indian Wells, California, then to The Resort at Squaw Creek in Squaw Valley. Here, he worked in multiple departments such as Resort Manager, learning every aspect of the hotel & lodging industry and embracing his firm commitment to customer service. Art lives by the credo that customer service is all about treating people with utmost respect.

A ski instructor buddy from Snowbasin convinced him to come check it out the mountain, and even before Snowbasin was awarded the Winter Olympic Downhill events, Art knew the Ogden Valley was where he wanted to live. A native of Michigan, Art grew up in Detroit.   His outdoor passions are skiing and golfing, and when he’s not doing either he is rooting for whatever Detroit area team is in season.  He earned his bachelors degree in business from the University of California at Riverside.

Art and his wife believe firmly that the Ogden Valley is the best possible place to raise their 6 year old son.

On your next ski vacation to Snowbasin and/or Powder Mountain, please stay with us at Utah Lodging - 877-77LODGING.
